Cancellation Policy-


All appointment inquiries will require a card on file at the time of booking.
This card will not be charged unless there is a late cancellation or no show fee.

Please provide 48 hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Less than 48 hour notice will result in a 30% service fee of booked services.

No shows will be charged for their full service.

What happens if Iā€™m late?

Kindly call or text (720)593-9227 to make me aware you are running late.
There is a 15 minute grace period from the start of your appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late
please keep in mind that I may need to alter the service from the original service scheduled or may need to reschedule all together.


What if Iā€™m not satisfied with my service?

In the event you are not satisfied with your service, I ask that you please contact me within 7 days of your appointment. Your happiness is always my number one priority and often any issues are fixable! After the 7 day grace period- product fee for any changes may be applied.


Can I bring my child?

I kindly ask that all youngsters stay at home.
The salon is full of hot tools, chemicals and sharp objects & I cannot ensure their safety when busy in the salon.
Also- this is your time to relax and be pampered. I want to be sure I can provide the best experience for you as well as other guests in the salon. Your understanding is appreciated.
